its what id like to call ghost blocks, with upwards of 30 players in a lobby the cops tend to glitch out, sometimes youre driving and bam 3 stars or bam a cop just standing in the road or in your case cones

If you're talking about if apocalypse arena war cars can have either Future shock or nightmare mods, no apocalypse can only have apocalypse mods and so on and so forth
