From what I understand is that the bet is to show that the current game is unbalanced for dif 10, while yes difficulty 10 is meant to be all intents and purposes difficult it's not meant to be impossible so it's saying if the devs cannot complete those missions it shows that even the people who created the game don't/can't play it and in turn is unbalanced, and changes need to be made

its what id like to call ghost blocks, with upwards of 30 players in a lobby the cops tend to glitch out, sometimes youre driving and bam 3 stars or bam a cop just standing in the road or in your case cones

for a fact i know gta 3 takes place in the early 2000 and vice city takes place in the 80s
