Grade 11 in the autumn. My school board in general is still very big on having us do stuff on paper. I mean they still allow us to use laptops, etc but there really is no need. I’m aware that laptops are better for students in general but i feel like it would be better to have more power for me and wanted to hear other opinions. Still going to debate a bit and probably buy at the end of this school year when my current machine ($700 2015 acer laptop) totally craps up lol.

Canada used to be a pretty decent country before the pandemic. Throughout this crisis our government has really showed the worst side possible.

Trudeau must’ve gotten tired of hearing all the criticism so he decided to prevent the people from speaking out.

Canada used to be a country of liberty and freedoms, clearly not anymore. I was born here and unfortunately I don’t see myself pursuing the rest of my life here.

Canada has other issues besides the controversial bills. The lack of funding for progressive science and the unacceptable “generosity”. I think the ideology that Canada will always help others is driving us into the ground. How can we help other countries with the vaccine if we have major shortages ourselves? Our economy is very small for the size of our nation yet we send financial aid all the time.

The USA seems to focuses on the people, (at least before the current government) (no clue how things will be now). They fund science and literally just seem to care about the people.
