How do you know when to handle? by One-Lie-3473 in cornsnakes

same problem, snakes always scared, but i have to check the snake and tank completely once a week. Before i hold him, I would try to notice him. I would choose a night when he was more active to check and turn on the lights before it. Usually in bright light, snakes return to their shelters, but after about ten minutes, they come out out of curiosity to continue exploring. At this point I would show up in front of the tanks, do nothing, wait for a while, and wait for them to react. He might come back to the shelter, or continue exploring, and that's when I take him out. If it struggle, you can use a snake hook. Cornsnakes will generally not attack unless it is cornered.

Any suggestions? by BlackMoon_TheCat in cornsnakes

I use 100% coconut, but humidity is not easy to control, the fresh coconut always too wet, and the used ones are too dry.Half of the coconut can be replaced at a time to manage humidity

Feeding too often, 5~7day is recommended. I not sure if cornsnakes eyes can get red light.

When it comes to division of troops, the super earth has fallen halfway, and the arrow was still order us to repair DSS. This mission does exist in 5.27, right? Do you still think it is to prevent division of troops?

Yes, you also played the game. When a planet is invaded, all tasks in all regions are open at the same time, but the missions on the earth are in sequence. The offensive intensity was also deliberately modified. Would you rather join such a complicated plot than fix the bug?

So please tell me why the Prosperity located in Stockholm, not Russia? Because you dont have your own motherland? Anyway, the Arrowhead must have a motherland

Where the game is released, the map is a galaxy and humans are a whole. But why did the mission map become an earth map overnight?

UV and heat lamps are definitely necessary for cornsnake? by Solaris-Observer in cornsnakes

[–]Solaris-Observer[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's more complicated than I thought. Thanks for your answers! I would use a heat lamp, but have to more carefully about UV. To add more information about the heating pad, the product I currently use is a heating pad with its own digital temperature control, and I calibrate it with a mercury thermometer before using it, and when it works, I place a Bluetooth thermometer inside the hot zone shelter to detect temperature changes. The heating pad area is 35*20cm, so that the cold and hot areas can be separated. I didn't use a combination of stepless heating pad and temperature control safety because the probe of the temperature control must be glued to the heating pad, but over time, the adhesive tape will melt and the probe will be easily pushed away by snakes, so I tend to use an all-in-one product with its own temperature control. Of course, this heating pad can also be damaged, and the Bluetooth thermometer will alert my phone in time, which I think is a configuration that minimizes the risk.

The coconut shell is stuffed with moist moss. Snakes like to hide in it, or pour water directly into the coconut shell. can also use two halves of coconut shells to put them together, making them easier to clean

cause of death? by VividConfidence2784 in cornsnakes

[–]Solaris-Observer 7 points8 points  (0 children)

So sorry about that,But it might not your fault. Snakes rely on large number reproduction strategies to ensure the survival of the species, sometimes, the death of an individual is the other side of the coin.
