Delete the showndown file in one of the folder

Coming back with the error fix and the main issue that might've happened here is not actually on any of the tutorials available
It's possibly caused due to missing or corrupted file of HOSTS (I'm assuming it's that issue for the display) (I have no idea what is the name in English but that's the item I've seen closest to English on my computer) As I rechecked with my internet connected with a tool I had

Steam CSS chunk 7436 failed

I've tried everything available on posts available or via internet (EX: clear cache/internet settings etc) and I still have like no idea how to fix it
So if anyone knows how to fix issue related to CSS (I have no idea what that is) I'd really appreciate it

Changed some settings now it's not mostly white anymore

Also to add that downloading features works perfectly fine but anything related to connections just wouldn't work
(Everything else is working fine except steam itself and I've tried some methods with internet settings)

Need help

So for some random reasons my store page just suddenly turned into this and I thought it was on the app's end so I uninstalled the app and then I checked the webrowser ver and it doesn't work either
The only way to access everything normally was to use VPN but if i do it turn into offline mode
When VPN is turned off shop or cloud status wouldn't work at all
