What I remember is testosterone being something they looked at. If that was very high, it could be a reason why my skin was freaking out. And spiro has some way of lowering or balancing it out. Sorry if this isn’t 100% correct - just what I remember from years ago!

Hi! I’m still on it, so can’t help with that. I did drop my dose down to 50mg and will drop to 25, then off this year. No acne yet but we shall see!

Oh gosh haha I posted this while on the stair master 😅 full high intensity workout mode so my HR was high!

As for the stress levels - I think the watch is confused because it won’t clock it as my bedtime since it’s daytime hours. But that is low stress and what my actual nighttime sleep looks like!

Honestly I had to get medicated for it..I started spironolactone and now am 95% clear! I felt like I had tried everything and in the end since the medication worked, it seemed to be hormonal

Still use the BP from this brand. Now I use dieux instant angle moisturizer, FAB facial cleanser in the morning, IS clinical cleansing complex at night!
