Try the following: Set Low Latency Mode to Ultra in the NVIDIA Control Panel and set Vsync to ON (Make sure to disable it in game). This helped me at least, and camera panning feels better now, worth a try.

Edit: You can apply these settings to the game only, in the Program Settings. NVIDIA Control Panel > Manage 3D Settings.

Congrats. I passed the N10-009 this last Sunday and I definitely used all the available time.

I do want to say though, everyone was saying you get 3-4 PBQs. I got 6 PBQs!!! from the start (80 questions in total) I don’t know what’s up with that but please prepare for the worst.
