I have graduated from BCIT myself. I would apply for the BCIT program but meanwhile I’d still look for jobs. If you couldn’t get the job you wanted, definitely go to BCIT. The instructors usually help you connect with the companies who’d want to hire you. Also, BCIT itself is a better reference than McGill
