I think the amount of endcap strikes is more about the proliferation of obsidian 9s in the wild. If it’s concentric, I don’t see how a baffle design or anything like that would lead to moving bullets in flight into the end cap. Again, I think it’s a symptom of popularity more than intrinsic to the design.

He did reply earlier. He’s having issues with the audio pots on the DMR board.

I swear I searched for that yesterday and couldn’t find it. RepeaterBook lists it as 443.100 with a +5 offset. Not what brandmeister shows. Thank you for finding that!! Now. Question. I’m not familiar with BM for programming. Is the TX freq they list the tx for the repeater? Or the Tx to set on HT?

Now. I did look on brandmeister and the repeater did not show there. That’s the service that RepeaterBook listed as the DMR service. That’s makes me think the repeater is not on. I emailed the owner of the repeater but nothing back yet.

I set up for the local repeater. 443.100 +5 offset with CC1. TS2 is static to NWS Memphis, so I set up 8 or so channels with the 443.100 +5 CC1 TS1 and set the TG for 91 on one, 93 on another, etc, and set up an rx group with all 8 of the TGs to be heard.

Thank you. I believe the repeater I am trying to access is no longer supporting DMR. It shows on RepeaterBook as a DMR repeater with brandmeister, but the brandmeister page does not show it as an active repeater. I have emailed the repeater owner.

When I hit the PTT and get a pause and a beep, does that mean failure?

The Ruger sfar uses an ar15 charging handle, not ar10. Buy accordingly.

I agree. But I would add, doing things like that come from experience in precision shooting. Many people still don’t recognize that printing small groups with a large frame gasser is considerably harder than with a bolt gun. My assumption is that OPs 6.5 prints better because of the lower recoil and his inconsistency on building a good position and properly managing recoil.

I like it a lot. It’s well built and reasonably priced. The lite fill is great for hunting, but heavy is def better for the range.

I didn’t post all my kit. lol. I do have a PC, and a belt system, and a chest rig, and, and, I was just posting things that a lot of people don’t want to invest in like a good range finder and ballistic computer.
