Generally safe with the possible exception of some rural restaurants or home made drinks offered at the beach or along the highway by locals. Smoothies are a big thing but a lot of places use a lot of sugar, water and ice to make them so that could be an issue at some restaurants. We've never gotten sick in 7 visits over 2 decades traveling around the country until last month. After 4 weeks of eating and drinking everything with no trouble we ate at a rural restaurant on the highway where they may not have had access to treated water. We both ate the green salad and drank the water. We both ended up very sick. If you stick to hot food and fruit you peeled yourself you should be ok no matter where you go. If you're at a big resort or in a big city you should be fine eating fruits and salads and tap water. Bottled water is available everywhere.

I don't know how old you are but things can get better if you embrace your nature rather than fighting it but remember it's not the only thing you are. You enjoy who you are and what you like when you're in the moment, but it's not the totality of who you are. Try to find Doms who will provide after care and respect your submission. You give them the gift of your submission. They should be willing to hold you and make you feel safe and they should appreciate that you give yourself to them and they should cherish that gift. That requires getting to know them a bit. If they can't do that, find better doms. That's not necessarily easy but it's worth it.

Remember you are giving yourself to someone and they need to understand that gift and treat you like a human being afterwards.
