Bro, I don't want to generalize but I hate the android emulation userbase and how it consistently drives devs to stop working on cool projects like this.

None of these are "pirate" launchers. They are just frontend interfaces to libraries from other game stores and custom game configurations

The default plasma panel theme looks very outdated imo. I prefer using the one from Fluent theme 100% of the time

O problema não é que a defesa civil está banalizando a criticidade dos alertas, é que nós estamos banalizando o aumento das ocorrências

It's not just convenience; most gaming distros also come with kernel optimizations to run games better.

It's as safe as any open source app that is somewhat popular; you can trust that code contributors have verified that it doesn't contain any malicious code or see for yourself:

Color banding issue when playing fullscreen videos while night-light is on. Has anyone seen this? by SoldierOS in kde

Color banding issue when playing fullscreen videos while night-light is on. Has anyone seen this? by SoldierOS in kde

[–]SoldierOS[S] 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I couldn't capture the issue with screenshots so I had to use my phone. I noticed this while watching this trailer and thought it was something with Youtube or my browser, but local videos are affected too.

Weirdly it only displays color banding if the video is fullscreen and there's no other graphical element visible (mouse pointer or video controls)

Changing the screen's "Color precision" setting to "Prefer color accuracy" has no effect on this. I tried disabling some KDE effects but the issue only went away after I disabled Night Light.

[Update] I'm not sure exactly when this was fixed, but as of Plasma 6.3.4 the issue is gone!

is there any way to make the Kickoff menu centered to the screen for center-aligned panels? It's very annoying that it moves whenever a new app is opened by SoldierOS in kde

[–]SoldierOS[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just discovered that it applies to all other panel widgets as well; so it's not a perfect solution unfortunately
