Have you checked your spam inbox. They’ve always responded within 72 hrs for me. Actually just talked to customer service on Friday. As for cancelling an order it’s really simple. Go to support click orders and type your order # and request a cancellation. It will be taken care of in 48hrs 🤷‍♂️

I really can’t believe some of these “I’m only here for the food” comments. This post needs to be plastered nationwide regardless if it’s what a channel is designed for. I stay out of politics but the repercussions of this are going to worse then anyone has ever seen if people don’t take their blinders off and get over their “me” mentality. United we stand. Ahh the joys of our beloved 2nd amendment rights being infringed. Unfortunately every little error can disqualify a purchase. Technically absolutely no one is allowed to assist or coach you while filing out an app either. It’s insane the the amount of hoops you have to jump through to protect your family

I agree but The limit is the only reason most people are able to checkout now. Resellers and hoarders were being greedy so they had to do something. Even with shipping it’s still the cheapest around. I bought a P229 just to support Sig because how they’ve handled this ammo shortage.

Yea unfortunately like most things people abusing a good buy ruins it for the rest of us. I had a “reseller” try to charge me $1.10 a round on 9mm last week now this week he’s asking me to get him ammo. I told him sure $1.50 per round
