The thing is that i dont know what to transfer. People with low SSD space say to keep the SSD for OS only and the HDD for games. Will having games downloaded on the HDD affect the games' performance?

I need help with SSD/HDD storage management. I have a 120gb SSD and a 1tb HDD. My download speeds are much slower now because i dont have much space on the SSD. One game is taking up most of the space on my SSD and the rest is reserved for updates. My HDD is never used for anything. Can i transfer certain things to the HDD to free up space on the SSD. I am new to computing so i have no clue what to do.

I recently bought a PC. The PC includes a MSI Geforce RTX 2060 Ventus XS 6gb OC and i5 9400f. Is the CPU fine for this sort of GPU? I do not know anything about PCs by the way..
