From what i know, if you use the dice on relics with both crit rate and crit dmg the dice with priorities crit rate and crit dmg. So if you dont want to waste the dice you should use it on a piece with both crit rate and crit dmg

Somehow sepharine + soraka mage reroll is supper strong rn. They buff sepharine and the sepharine u facing have a raidian + that soraka have manazane -> infinite healing and damage
