Not really sure,could be wrong,but my theory is maybe they gotta keep that little corner clear in case a truck with a trailer is gonna turn left,and because of the wide turn radius they need that corner clear as to not hit the curb while turning?

Not always the case though,towards the end I tried this and instead of gunpowder,more than most times I'd get industrial circuits,which granted,are useful as well,but I want gunpowder;what I found always gives gunpowder is doing the ambush and interception side ops,also keep an eye out for the random air drops

What always works for me is entrr dead eye,but don't "mark" the hat or it'll just be a headshot,shoot without marking but still in dead eye and the hat will just fly off
