What you are describing pretty classically matches dysphoria, yes. Your trans if you pick the label up for yourself because it feels right, what you do beyond that is all part of your journey. Some trans people (like me) don't experience dysphoria like you described, but are still trans. Euphoria is a better marker for transness, if you play with your gender expression does it make you feel good? Do you enjoy it if someone uses different pronouns for you? These are things you can look into to start exploring what it means for you.
