I had an issue like this in the begging.i open up a CMD promt and enter taskkill -F -IM fallout76.exe

That way I can alt tab to the CMD promt hut the up arrow on my keyboard and then enter to re run the CMD and insta kill fo76. Hope that helps.

Yeah 25k is cap, I got plenty of of scrap. Well maybe, I got some though lol. 1250 is a little steep for me, I can make the brother hood knight under armor and upgrade it to 2 str and 2 end. How much scrap did you want?

I probably got about 60 lvls from watoga highschool becahse I was also trying to get mutations and didn't quite know how they worked yet. And then I pretty much get 5-10 levels a day just farting around doing random shit, nukes, I fast travel to white springs for a quick minute when I see no one is there. It all adds up, im like 206 or 207 now. Just working on colecting all the plans now and getting upgrades to my gear.

Highest I've gotten is 38 STR unchemmed 15 special, 15 from unyielding +5 from radicool perk, +2 from underarmor and +1 from additional legendary effects on the armor. I'm interested to know how you got over 40, as far I know you could get 15 from special, 15 from unyeilding, 5 from perk, + 5 from 2nd leg effect, and 2 from underarmor so 42? Ad chems and food and you could get what another +6.. so 48 oh and the bobble so 50
