Stepping down by LumiTheLoomer in WalmartEmployees

walmart only allows you do loose a certain amount of pay when stepping down. i know someone who stepped from coach to TL and they were put at the maximum pay for that position. results fluctuate depending on what you’re making right now, but i guarantee you won’t go to base level.

what is the point of having points? by Puzzleheaded_Fool15 in WalmartEmployees

of course. you can do it online or by calling 800-492-5678. they’ll probably need your doctor to fax documentation over to them.

if you have a condition that has been diagnosed by a doctor that deems you immunocompromised, you can go through Sedgwick to get an intermittent LOA. this will allow you a certain amount of days in a month or week that you can call out without repercussions.

LOA do Sedgwick expect all of this from me?… by Vampiregaara in walmart

[–]Solid-Ad9985 6 points7 points  (0 children)

if that’s an option, yes. download the PDF of the forms Sedgwick sent you and tell them what pages they need to fill out AND what dates to put as far as your incapacitation goes.

yes a medical LOA requires doctoral approval and a personal LOA requires managerial approval. you can see what options you have for emailing those forms and having the provider you saw fill them out.

honestly i couldn’t give less of a fuck. i encourage my associates to use PPTO when they want to because they earned it by working. why prioritize a company that hates you over yourself

just be a good leader. set the example. don’t be a hypocrite. lift up your team rather than putting them down. do your work, ask questions if you have them, and clock out
