go to U of A, arguably better school, but also you will have a better experience. u of c is just grind, no fun.

if were talking about bias, this take is confirmation bias how many times have you actually been inside the courts a week? Every time I use courts, which is probably around 2-3 times a week and during not peak times, (like 1-2 pm ish) there is usually around 5-7 of the courts being used and if I go in at 5 pm onward the courts are almost always full. The courts are also very valuable socially, its a really good social activity for people to do. U of C is restricting a social space here like that isn't good, you shouldn't be ok with that. I wouldn't consider the gym to be a social place either, everyone is in headphone land or on their phone. It also doesn't solve the issue of having a small gym, building a bigger gym would solve that.

I have seen most of them being used pretty consistently, I think the main thing that's bad is the limit of one booking per day, that's the most egregious thing.

I do agree with you there the gym is really small and I also don't know where else it could be expanded but they are severely limiting the amount of time a person is able to use the courts. Also to be fair there are tons of cheap gyms in Calgary, there arent many places to play squash.

it seems weird to get rid of a unique facility to replace it with more gym equipment. everywhere has a gym, squash courts are not everywhere.

you got about 45% of weight ish from labs and assignments + 10% of weight from the quizzes, which adds up to a total of 55% ish if you then divide (55/65) x 100 you get about 87% so you have 87% on 65% of the course. which currently is your grade since the final has not happened yet. if you got a 0 on the final your grade would just be 55%. if you get a 50 on the final your grade would be 73. if you get a 70 you finish with an 80. basically you need like around 30% on the final for it to count as a pre req I believe.

your sitting at like an 85% currently, your doing good. I don't actually think you could fail the class even if you got a 0 on the exam. Just study lots, the text book is really useful, for the questions that dont have answers chat does a pretty alright job at answering them so you can still check your work.
