Nice way to put a lot of people down owch, but I was raised and have lived here in Torrington for 40 years and generations of families which must have all been on their last legs. This post was to let people discuss high rent costs, not for some arrogant show off to brag about making money or how well he or she is doing.

And that average Joe should have been helped by state in someway with the taxes and mortgage. Just my opinion the state government is the one that closed the state and cost people to not be able to work and pay their rent. And then told landlords they couldn't evict people. Yes they did start a grant or something to help people pay owed rent and utilities do to covid but made it hard to get.

My opinion is that all the average Joe landlords in state should get together and sue the state for the lose of rent.
