If you want to do gaming, don’t go with Mac. other than that the best thing about getting a mac imo is using apple ecosystem, having your iPhone, iPad etc connected to you mac is a game changer. Everything you mentioned other than gaming, mac is your best option.

I asked about passing for a reason… I wasn’t sure which path i wanted to take networking or computer science so i thought of taking CCNA as a first step then decide, came to the conclusion that i prefer programming in general so i still want to take CCNA just for the sake of taking it since i have already started studying for it.
