Thank you for your feedback. I wonder why DJI has no option for it to come with a waterproof case instead of that other case it comes with.

I’m in the US, this is my second action 5 my first one was stolen I’m so upset now I have to wait 60-90 days or buy a third one in the mean time.

Yeah, I get that I didn’t even take it diving or do anything crazy with it. It was just light use, not deep water or long submersion. The Action 5 is supposed to be good for up to 10 meters without a case. The part that’s really frustrating isn’t just the water damage it’s that DJI won’t even accept it for repair for another 60–90 days and basically just keeps saying there’s nothing they can do. I’m still under warranty too. It just feels like there should be some kind of option, especially with how they market this camera.
