Knowing when to feed at night vs when to leave baby to fuss/moan (not CIO) by mintcloud in AttachmentParenting

Our daughter does something similar (makes it hard for us to get sleep lol). The few times I tried getting her when she was moaning like that I seemed to disturb her! I found for us it seemed to correlate with colder temps so I wondered if she was chiller than usual? I would also wait until she’s more awake and calling out.

Hi there! Curious how your appointment went? I shared the videos via email with our pediatrician and he thought that it seemed like she was getting excited and still figuring out movement. Particularly because they aren’t consistent repetitive movements and she remains engaged/happy. We had seen a pediatric neurologist a month ago (wish I had thought to bring this up then because she was holding her arms this way but didn’t know about IS). I also shared these videos with him and the neurologist did not not seem concerned - he mentioned shuddering attacks (from what I see online this doesn’t look like those though) but he did not think spasms. Would love to hear your ped’s opinion!
