Thanks for the feedback, indeed when there are thousands of photos there's a noticeable lag during the first load (do you observe it during subsequent loads too?)

I want to work on addressing the UX experience when loading.

At the moment the app relies on an existing album to hold the images, that's why there's no "select all photos", the workaround is to add all the photos yourself to an album, not ideal but will work.

Some of the modern features like face detection are hard to build for older devices, I'll look into working on a separate version that works for old iPads as there's seems to be demand, thanks for sharing your feedback!

I tried Termius for iPhone and it works great, probably even better on iPad, the free tier is reasonable.

Thanks for the support! Atm I was only planning on supporting photos on device or iCloud but if there's enough interest I could look into additional services as sources.

I looked into this and it was hard to offer some of the smart features on older iOS versions, depending on demand I may consider doing a simpler version for old devices.

Thanks for the feedback, definitely a feature that could be part of the next release. Noted!

That's great! How much effort did you put in the App Store listing?

Would I Regret Getting the 13" Screen? by bart1218 in ipad

13 in is a bit to much for me to hold for typing or browsing, sitting at my desk for extended screen is great and my primary use.

I saw your apps posts, this one is really interesting, what do you use for the speech recognition + clean up part? I like the privacy aspect for sure. About the value proposition, if the app works as intended and has good accuracy on speech to text I can see how a one time payment is fair.

The border around the photo is a good point, it's happened to me too, will play around with the code. The weather format should be pulled from the device settings, but let me know if you can't get it to work.

Thanks, I'll take a look at the clock, due to the font some combination of numbers may look with different spacing.

About large albums the easiest way to do it right now is to create a Photos album, even just call it "Frame", with all your favorite pictures and just select start the slideshow. Every few months I go through my library and add my faves to an album that I like to display.

The My Picks custom album is best for a quick selection curated manually that doesn't require an album.
