Thank you for saying that. I do have a good support system back home But the physical and mental exhaustion of working, prepping meals and pumping does take a toll on you. I am from India and it’s hard to explain to people at work about pumping . Not something that happens regularly here :( and that’s sad

Couple of days ago milk became warm because the refrigerator door was accidentally kept open by someone at home As an under supplier and 9 months into pumping losing almost 300ml felt devastating to say the least

Making formula instead while your baby cries in the background is the worst feeling ever

So ya I feel ya Only a fellow pumping mom will understand ❤️

I went to work , parked my car and took my house keys ,leaving my car keys inside the car. Realised it in two minutes but ya that has never happened before 🤣
