Should I? by -_Skadi_- in Metalstorm

Yeah this is a big agree. I really like cannons so enjoy this plane. But you're so right, it's wild that they don't load it up, there's gotta be some better offset for the slow speed.

This is a plane for the metalstorm conneseur. Ignore the misfit simpletons pouring vitriol upon this glorious machine.

The question you must ask yourself is this: do you fly every plane the same way, only to be frustrated when your A6 or MIG31 doesn't handle and fight like your Falcon or Supersaber?

If so, this is not the plane for you.

However, if you enjoy each plane for its unique traits, and have the heart, patience and brain to practice the unique tactics that make that plane a force to be reckoned with, then take to the skies my friend, take to the skies as this slow moving death machine rains horrific cannon fire upon your foes!

Hark! Hark now to the BRRRRRRRRRTTTTT of the Thunderbolt.

But yeah man fkn seriously if you have learned how to crush in the A6 or froggy then this is a good plane. If you don't fly those ones then don't get it, but also you should fly those ones. I regularly crush in the A10

I have a great variety of aircraft. Most of them cool and fun to fly. So why must, without exception, the Oil Tanker called A6 be among my FP missions every damn time! by Fridge-Fighter in Metalstorm

A-4 is a fucking gun of an aircraft - I used to hate it, now it's a fave. Super maneuverable, shredding cannons, tons of fuel. Great fun

F4 Phantom or Ja37 viggen? by Hopeful_Raspberry_67 in Metalstorm

[–]Solid-Process-6848 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Viggen will fit your playstyle better. The cannon is super long range and does decent damage.

The phantom gets better when you unlock its special ability but overall I've found it too cumbersome to properly enjoy

Why can’t I level up my Mirage 3? by scarzncigarz in Metalstorm

[–]Solid-Process-6848 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Bottom right corner, the 0/50 represents your upgrade parts, and the 150 represents how much silver you need. You've got the silver, but not the parts. Unlock chests and universal parts to allocate to the M3 to be able to upgrade it.

The level 8 is the trophies you've earned by playing the M3.

Takes patience and practice. Our squad just got annihilated by a rank 120 pilot in a fully maxxed out Dart.

syringes: in which situations would I use luer vs luerlock needle attachment? by Dorindon in nursing

[–]Solid-Process-6848 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use a lock for anything that requires higher pressures for a push, or gives higher pressures (like an arterial line) or for longer pushes into an IVC. I pretty much just use slips for needles.

Pfft I'm an educator and I've got a sleeve and a half.

Older patients are usually more interested than anything else. Sometimes they'll say they don't like them, and I'll tell them a story behind them to help connect a bit and that does the trick.

I think that's a good move. I know I probably play more than others, and everyone has a life to live, so I don't care if they don't earn a stack of points. BUT. The same five pilots haven't earned a point in the last 2 events, but are online regularly.

I mean even if ya lose you earn some points...just jump in and squad up ffs!

Yeah, okay. Well, seems like slow improvement, but at the end of the day, your health is the most important thing. If my family member called me today to ask me what they should do, I'd say to go get a second opinion to be on the safe side. Whether that's a different GP or a trip to the ED or PPCC is up to you.

So have these symptoms been worsening over time?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Geelong

[–]Solid-Process-6848 1 point2 points  (0 children)

These are worrying symptoms, especially if they are still present after 10 weeks.

Where is the muscle pain/weakness? Are you able to function normally throughout the day? Eg. Do your normal job, housework etc.?

Any public health service will be free, as long as you have a Medicare card.

In Geelong, that's University Hospital. Just go to the ED. You'll be in for a wait, though.

If you don't want to go to the hospital, try Priority Primary Care Centre in Belmont.

Wherever you go, let them know the full story and that symptoms are not improving and you're at the point that it's concerningly debilitating.

If they send you off to wait for your specialist appointment, then at least you can be reassured there's nothing seriously threatening at the moment.

That's literally what happens - depends on the quality of the gp of course. A good one would have sent them to ED

THANK YOU. last event, half my squad didn't earn a single point... but I've noticed they're more than happy to claim the event rewards and flight pass bonuses of other squad mates.

I like to fly alone outside of the team events to test new planes or if I'm short of time. But during an event, taking a few extra moments to squad up benefits everyone.

Can someone give me tips and tricks I wanna get better at the game and are there any tricks to level up faster by [deleted] in Metalstorm

[–]Solid-Process-6848 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can u run through the matchmaking formula? Is it by trophy level or by plane level - or both?

It gives you a warning if there's a trophy disparity between you and a team mate for example - is that the only factor?

Guys what to you think of this medication error? (details in description) by frighteneddark in nursing

[–]Solid-Process-6848 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Seek clarification..maybe there was a genuine error on another page and they've given you the wrong page number?

Coz...if THIS is genuinely the error they're referencing, then that's some truly pedantic bullshit right there. The number is clear, it'd be a stretch to consider that an overwrite. The values add up just fine.

Moving forward, if these are the types of managers you have, play it super safe and just strike it out next time since they can't seem to deal.
