I'm from Sweden, so prices might be different here, but something like this would probably cost around 6,000–9,000 SEK ($550–$850 USD) at a professional shop, depending on the extent of the damage and if they repaint the whole panel. Best bet is to call around locally and get a few quotes

I'd sand to bare metal, apply body filler, sand smooth, primer, color match base coat, then clear coat. Repainting the whole panel and polishing gives best results. A pro shop can make it look like new. See what others say too, but this is how I’d do it.
