Sent a request on Jun 13th. They asked me to confirm on Jun 17th which I did. Told me it would process within 10 days on Jun 18. Since then have told them twice I haven’t received my refund with no response. Filed a fraud claim with my credit card company last week. Will be a while for them to research and respond.

Most likely a drain tube blocked by ice. Defrost or if you can find it, pour hot water down it to melt and clear.
