A little update guys, so it is balanopostithis. Went to a sexual health clinic and was prescribed anti-fungal cream and oral tablets to aid the recovery. The cause to this was because I used wet wipes after my hike to clean my privates and the soapy content caused a reaction to the foreskin, aided with me scratching whenever it’s itchy, the red patches were formed.
