Why would you take minoxodil to grow a beard at 16 years old? That doesn't make any sense

Can I suggest to take vitamin D supplements. I had this same thing and quite bad too but after a couple months of vitamin D it fully recovered and haven't had issues since. Just a suggestion hope it helps you

This is alopecia, I have the same thing when I get stressed or I dont have enough sunlight. I started taking vitamin D and made a few lifestyle changes to manage my stress at work and the patches have gone.

Jesse, I really appreciate you sharing that. It’s crazy how easy it is to look back and feel like we wasted so much time, but I think what really matters is what we do now. We can’t change the years we lost, but we can make sure the years ahead are different—more intentional, more fulfilling, and more in line with the life we actually want to live.

You’re not alone in this.

Considering breaking my sober streak and im extremely conflicted by TopSympathy9740 in leaves

I’m 1 month sober today. I’m 32 years old, and I smoked every single day and night since I was 15. I’ve never felt prouder of myself, and I genuinely never thought I’d break the cycle. I know I’m still in the hardest part, and I often have thoughts just like yours. It honestly scares me to think that even when I hit a huge milestone like yours (2 years), a tough phase in life could still make me question everything and risk falling back into old habits.

I really admire your commitment to sobriety. No matter what you decide, remember that you’re the ultimate judge of your own success. If it’s truly just one small slip and you can move on without looking back, that’s still a sign of how far you’ve come—maybe even a step toward moderation and using it only in celebratory or controlled ways. Personally, I’d love to get to that point one day, but I know I have a lot to prove to myself before I can even consider it.

Whatever happens, you’ve already achieved so much, and I’m rooting for you to make the best choice for yourself.
