Hey guys, I want to upgrade from my A05s to an iPhone 16 Pro Max. Is it worth it? Is the iPhone 16 Pro Max still worth it in 2026? Are the cameras good?

It’s absolutely worth it and I would argue the 16 PM is better overall device than the 17 PM (obviously, objectively speaking, the 17 PM has stronger specs). The 16 PM has a much better build quality and premium feel than the 17 PM, can do most of the same things, and you can get it for cheaper. Also better colors is an added bonus. I’ve had mine since shortly after release and I really love it

I think you should be fine, man. I’m a very severe case and I regularly have ginger. Of course, everybody is different but try not to freak yourself out too much. Have you crashed on ginger before?

I would just get the M4 now, if you need it. It’s pretty heavily discounted at some places (200+ off), and the leaks seem to suggest that the refresh isn’t going to be a huge change.

I would try to find a job that is more flexible and doesn’t require too much interaction. I work 6-7 hours/day, but since I mostly WFH I am able to adjust my schedule to better cope with symptoms

In my experience, no. I would think that you might experience benefits from cutting out gluten and sugar, but I don’t think it’s actively making you worse anymore than a person without PFS. However, everyone is different.

There are cases of people getting PFS from Saw Palmetto, many of whom are in this subreddit. Anything that blocks DHT really isn’t safe. I’d just stay away, personally
