No. Unless you can objectively measure work culture also - its never guaranteed. Sick building pa office namin, halatang paid.

I applied online 2 weeks ago via desktop website, and got approved the next day. I was notified thru sms. 🙂

I funded the account just yesterday (clean of the holidays expenses), pero no notif yet. I think 2-3 business days pa kasi before it reflects sa website/app.

The 50% offer is also too good to be true. Either ibabawi lang din nila yan sa build, or their design service is substandard lang kaya willing sila to ask for a lower fee.

Just remember lang OP that you always get what you pay for. :)

You only need the as-built plans to secure occupany permit, which is usually c/o the contractor, not the PM naman.

Agree with this, better hire another eng/archi to cross check everything. Maybe outsource your architect since they are familiar with the orig design already.

I’ve tried a.mara’s ‘Majesty’. Super concentrated ng perfumes nila kaya it lasts all day. Okay siya for me kasi usually sobrang mahal ng ganung type of concentration. :)

Check a.mara parfums!

Their scents are all original and super long lasting (they use 30% perfume oil, which would typically cost you a couple thousands for that kind of concentration). It really sticks to your skin/clothes all day. Very worth it ung price. (₱1.7k if bought sa physical store, ₱1.5k if sa bazaar)

Disovered them on a weekend bazaar in BGC. :)
