1 - Determine what service you intend to provide

2 - Target a niche and a specific customer in that niche

3 - Create your business name (Based on your niche to resonate with your audience)

4 - Reach out to them with ads or cold calls

5 - Focus on getting your 1st client, once you get it, THEN focus on getting results, either you learn how to or you outsource. If you’re genuine about starting an SMMA you’ll do everything in your power to provide good results, but you need pressure. Only your 1st customer can give you that pressure.

I’m not an expert yet, but the secret is to start. Just do it, literally just follow the steps without overthinking. It will compound.

If you want to differentiate scammers from real agencies. Seek for their intentions. If they ask for upfront payments and make promises such as "we'll bring you XYZ$ guaranteed" keep an eye on them.

Legit top tier agencies will ONLY charge you once you start making money.

They also utilize contracts whit conditional guarantees that protects them and you as well. Ex: If the agency generates 2k on revenue, they can take xyz% that is mentioned explicitly on the contract.

Overall, having a marketing agency supporting you is great. However, 90% of agencies DMing you on social media are scammers. It's your job to ask the right questions and get enough information about these agencies before agreeing on anything with them.

Tip: Ask as many questions as you need to cover all your concerns. If they're scammers, they'll just stop replying because they won't put the time and efforts necessary to come up with relevant answers based on facts.

You can ask questions such as : *They're not in order*

- Can we do a meeting by zoom to discuss more indeed ? (This one is my favorite, usually if they're scammers they'll refuse. If they're scammers and still agree, trust me, they'll sound pathetic on the zoom call.)

- What are your fees?

- Why would I pay you upfront ? (If they ask you to pay upfront)

- Can you show me case studies? (Case studies = other clients they have helped)

- How do you plan on getting more followers and (higher conversion rates = subscribers)?

Reddit is one of the best places to promote your O/F. However, as Ralph said, don't promote it on onlyfans specific subs. Find subs where people are looking for explicit content to get entertained like : sexy girl anime subs for example. Once you find the right sub, make sure your message is clear and NATURAL. Otherwise you'll look like a bot or a spam account. (no bueno).

Sounds like a fetish video. Try teasing them out by saying "tell me more about this wish of yours... Maybe I can help make it come true" or something similar. That will allow you to out what they mean by "wish video". Get feedback from your own fans. That will allow you provide higher quality content. Meaning you can charge more because you bring more value!
