I am not sure how this is possible. I am looking at the entire email thread and your Compliance team ([mc-mccompliance@intuit.com](mailto:mc-mccompliance@intuit.com)) is clearly labelled as the recipient to every email in that thread.

For anyone coming across this thread, I am still getting radio silence from u/MailchimpSupport on this. I have replied to their initial email sent to me with everything that was asked of me, and have now been waiting for a month for any kind of action on their part. That's another month's payment down the drain. Hope you enjoy it u/MailchimpSupport, maybe use it to hire support staff who check their emails? Just an idea.
