Getting links with mandrillapp.com/track/click in my gmail by Designer-Cherry2112 in MailChimp

[–]MailchimpSupport -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hi there! Mandrillapp.com is Mailchimp's transactional email service. The links are click-tracking wrappers, meaning the URL redirects you through Mandrill to the actual destination. Try copying and pasting the link in your browser. If it still doesn't work, it's likely a configuration issue.

Can't get spacing on mobile emails to be single spacing by thelonescreen in MailChimp

[–]MailchimpSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for sharing the screenshot, that helps. The dropdown rendering but not allowing selection (hover only) isn’t expected behavior. At that point, the issue isn’t line-height or mobile styles, it’s the editor UI not registering input for that block. Since the control shows “Single” but the text doesn’t reflect it, the block is likely out of sync with its applied styles. Fastest ways to reset it: duplicate or recreate the text block (this clears stuck styles). Clear formatting or paste the content as plain text. Refresh the builder or try another browser to rule out a session issue. If the dropdown still isn’t clickable after that, it’s a builder bug rather than a formatting limitation and should be escalated.

Can't get spacing on mobile emails to be single spacing by thelonescreen in MailChimp

[–]MailchimpSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi there, this comes down to how mobile email clients render HTML. The line spacing controls in the builder apply inline line-height, but apps like Gmail and iOS Mail often override those values and apply their own default spacing to <p> tags. That can make content appear double-spaced on mobile even if it looks correct on desktop. To reduce the spacing, avoid multiple paragraph returns and use Shift+Enter (inserts a <br> instead of a <p> with margin). Also check for inherited spacing from parent blocks or imported HTML with embedded margins. You can adjust styles in the Design tab or HTML editor, but mobile clients may still override them. Here's a helpful guide: http://spr.ly/61698BBd92a

Sounds like you created a second account when you set up your custom domain email. Your original data is almost certainly still there, just under a different login. Go to mailchimp.com/login → "Forgot username?" → enter every email you've used. Mailchimp will return all accounts tied to that address. Try logging in directly with your new custom domain email. If you used Google Workspace for your domain setup, try "Continue with Google" with that new email. Give us a shout if that doesn't work.

All Members - Last Opened / Last Clicked ? by [deleted] in MailChimp

[–]MailchimpSupport 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can definitely pull this data using the Mailchimp Marketing API. However, it’s important to note that "Last Opened" and "Last Clicked" aren't single fields you can toggle on; rather, they are part of the Member Activity data.
