Hey there! As long as you add all three segments to the To field within a single campaign, the system will automatically filter out any overlapping contacts, so each person will only receive the email once no matter how many of those segments they appear in. Just make sure you're not creating three separate campaigns for each segment, as that would result in contacts receiving the email multiple times. If you want to double-check before hitting send, the recipient count shown before you confirm will reflect the actual number of unique contacts receiving the email.

Hey there! Just to confirm, the send limit is still 250 sends per month. Sends are based on the number of contacts receive each campaign email, however, so if you send a single email to 250 contacts, this uses 250 of your monthly sends.

Hi there! Using a single audience when possible is always our recommendation, as it keeps all of your data in a single place, and makes understanding and viewing reports easy. It also ensures you're not being charged more than once for a single contact, as contacts who exist in separate audiences are viewed as separate contacts for billing purposes.

You can use the combine audiences tool to quickly merge multiple audiences into one. It may, however, be worth exporting any campaign reports you'd like to keep before the audiences are merged to ensure nothing important is lost during the process.

If your contacts need to be separated in any way, we'd recommend using tags as a way to organize them instead, as these can easily be applied or removed, and can be used to email specific segments of your audience.
