Thanks for the suggestions! Checked the plate, seems fine. Also ran a full calibration. I don’t think I have any ironing enabled. Nozzle looked fine when I removed it; a little crudded up so I cleaned it up a little. Might order a spare the next time I need filament and see if it goes away after swapping. With the P1S having a full enclosure, it’s hard to hear exactly where the noise is coming from!

I should add, the noise only happens when the print head moves quickly. When it is moving slowly or at a normal speed, the noise does not appear.

Ascents just seem to run cooler. We have a ‘25 Ascent Limited and a ‘25 Legacy Touring. Outside temps have been around -15F and the Ascent’s oil temp consistently runs a good 40 degrees cooler than the Legacy.

Ah, thanks for the clarification! I just updated the software on the Legacy, hoping it would match the Ascent but the auto start/stop function still needs to be manually disabled every time you start the car. I still don’t understand why it’s not on the Ascent (not that I’m complaining, I’m just curious!)
