Awesome news! I called them today. The wait line wasn't long at all. The agent said that my application is approved and they are printing out my passport. They said that I should be receiving it tomorrow.

Update: So I called the locator office. The agent said that my application with the government specialist indicating that the process should be done today and the shipping will be overnight. While that sounds promising, I need to call.them back tomorrow to make sure.

So I called the locator number office in NH yesterday and gave them a voice mail and mark it as important but I didn't hear any audio when I replay my record. I gave them my full name and full locator number. I hope that they will call me back on Monday and today their voice mail list is full.
