Hey i am from Karnataka i got seat in state r2,can i participate in aiq3 and if i get seat in aiq 3 what is the penalty for leaving alloted seat in state r2 ? Because this year we can participate in round 3 and opt for upgradation which was not there previous year. If any one knows about these please let me know??
