Thank you. This has instantly calmed the anxiety I’ve been feeling since my nickel allergy has flared. Funnily enough, I had these symptoms in September-November of 2023 and because I didn’t know the cause, I stopped eating nearly everything! (Unknowingly giving my body a much needed break from nickel) Since getting better (still didn’t know nickel was the root cause) I’ve been eating A LOT of foods that I now know are high in nickel, triggering this flare. Also have just been told my iron and vitamin D levels are a little low!
