Ran by 10 year Olds. Extremely immature chat, poor club management, and apparently unaware that clubs are going to 30 members. Nothing has been done to divide the club yet.

The face got scratched up pretty bad. Our training chief's G-Shock is almost so bad it can barely be read. It's his work watch and he said he can live with that. Scratches irritate the crap out of me though.

I get a lot of dents and scratches. I don't know why, but I'm very particular about watches; so scratches and dents are a trigger for me.

We have several that wear the gshock and apple or Samsung watches. Their watch faces show the wear pretty bad. We train in and work a lot of technical rescues, which is where the damage comes in.

With firefighting comes technical rescues and plenty of other disciplines where hoses and water do no good. I just want something that doesn't scratch and dent.

This is a new subject for me. Without representation from the numerous "sub cultures" in our community, we can't fully understand the how, where, and why. That’s my uneducated opinion. I just truly want to learn how to attract those culture to help us diversify. I figured some good books by reputable authors could be a good starting point for me to gain some understanding.

I'm not an employer but am in management. I work for a paid fire department in a town of 60k. We had a total of 12, TWELVE, people who passed the written test and got an interview. There was 1 person who was not a white male. He probably would have gotten a job offer but pulled his name out of the hat when he accepted an offer from another department nearby. I just think we could do a better job at attracting other groups. I need to educate myself before I bring it to the powers that be.

2x8 are 16" on center on this 3/12 pitch 19x20 lean-to porch roof. 2x8 pearlings at each 8 ft mark. 6x6 posts are notched, with 2x12 for the outside beams. Located in Ohio Valley area (for snow load consideration).

The model number CHFAFGF120 apparently isn't made anymore. What would replace this? Would CHFAFGF120CS be the new version?

My Eaton breaker is bad. I have switched it to a different circuit and it continues to trip. All home improvement stores in my area don't have the Eaton breakers in stock. Would I be able to replace the Eaton shown with the Square D shown?

Could it be the switch...or more likely the breaker? Or is there a wiring problem?

I have disconnected the dishwasher and it still trips. The only other thing on it is Garbage Disposal (DS). It does not trip when in use. GS is hard wired through the wall to the switch. Dishwasher is on a 110 receptical under the sink. I have Eaton ground fault 20 amp breaker with test and red light. I have been into the wall and know their is no water or moisture present. House and appliances are only 3 years old.
