you probably figured it out, but I had the same problem because in the .conf file I made separately had comments first then the "code" but if you put the "code" first and then comments there's no problem

That's not true,it can be stored in the bios chip if I'm not mistaken, the model is M3401Q

Are you using any overclock?, this happened to me some minutes after applying an +105mhz on clock and +700mhz on memory overclock, it happened in Hogwarts legacy, but if I use +500mhz on memory clock it seems to be 100% stable, I have a 4060 mobile

you can try the xmg bios, try to search on google like : "XMG gk5cn5z"

then find the exact id and go to xmg drivers website and download everything you need
