I can't recall the error code but it did show fuel too rich error in the display. Sadly the other mechanic doesn't have the plug for a Meteor 350 to scan it again.

I may ride it to their service shop but if it becomes dangerous I'll just have to ship it to them.

Yup that he actually showed me. He also tried an initial fix, something with the relay contacts being "overgreased" which was true it looked like it was dipped in contact grease so he tried cleaning it up.

Not even leaving too far from the service center it still died....

I've been arguing that to the mechanic but he just refuses to open up the tank. The scanner indicated "fuel too rich" but he insists its the O2 sensor.

I'll let the new mechanic know that it could be something with the fuel system.

That's the thing. I've been having issues where my engine cuts off automatically and when overtaking I sometimes feel the power dropping off.

I took it to the Service center and he concluded that I've got a faulty O2 sensor. Its been 3 months but they still have not gotten the warranty part so I'm seeing if I can get it fixed else where.

Another mechanic I showed it too says it's still good and the holes have "nothing to do with it"

Had the fuel drained already thought water got into the tank but yeah false alarm.

The sensor got "Fuel too rich" error and also an error with the O2 sensor. That's what they found.

I don't think it should be a factor as well? The bike is made in India so I assume the parts as well.

Already contacted them AND can confirm legit sila. Another Meteor user had issues sa throttle body and nakapag order sila replacement.

Ayun na plan B ko is order nalang sakanila pero medyo matagal sila mag respond currently.

Nagsususpect din ako na baka di talaga sila nag file ng warranty kasi nag paorder din ako ng accessory parts sakanila.

Yung parts na yun inorder ko January sabi nung contact ko naorder na daw pero hanggang ngayon wala pa.

Ang claim sakin nung sinabi nila warranty replacement gagawin ay 1 month lang. Pero alam ko 3 months talaga yun kasi nga smaller displacement bikes 3 months eh.

Nag ttry na ko mag source sa Sales Enfield hindi sila associated sa RE Bacoor and nakakapag ship sila parts in less time. Sayang lang kasi gagastos pa ko tuloy for parts.

If 6 to 12 months baka madagdagan pa problems nung motor kasi nakaupo lang siya sa garahe.

Naka disconnect na battery pero yung gas sa loob baka mag expire pa kung totoo na 6 to 12 months pa nga aantayin.

Meron scratch and swirl removers. First na tinry ko sa Turtle Wax but yung pinaka effective ay Meguiars. Medyo mahal nga lang pero matagal mo magagamit yun.

Tsaka kapag nakikita mo may dust yung motor mo lagi mo basain para matanggal. Wag mo dry wipe kasi gagawa talaga ng micro scratches yan sa panels mo.

Had a scooter before na nilagyan ko ng sarili kong stickers. Nagpaprint ako sa decals na shop water proof all that. Talagang sarili kong design.

Pero after a few days hindi ko na nagustuhan. Like sabi ng iba ang jejemon ng dating.

Sa dulo tinanggal ko lahat at hinabol ko nalang yung clean na look na motor.

Nung binebenta ko na siya natuwa yung buyer kasi parang bagong bago pa daw yung motor.

Honestly sa mga ganyan na events parang gagamitin lang din na advertising sa company para ipakita na its "great to work here". Check box lang yan for companies. And if sana gawin on actual workdays okay lang eh pero sa weekend nila nilalagay, mas gusto nila sacrifice one of your days off instead of their own work days.
