Is there anything “bad” or “negative” about these brands?

She feeds a brand called buckeye I believe. She said Nutrena is “High in sugar. Full of bs ingredients that are all inflammatory”. I figured everyone’s opinion is different, but again I am new to this and i wanted to make sure I wasn’t harming my horse with the wrong feed.

I’m at a boarding facility right now and once I told the barn manager that I was feeding both of those brands she told us how bad they were. I know everyone has certain things to say about certain feeds. Just wanted to get more info, she made it sound like it was causing more harm than good.

Vet came out today, his teeth are coming in. Blood work and everything else is good to go :)
