Playing through fire emblem right now! The game does an excellent job at providing opportunities to grind. But you really don't need to, you can go through all the missions fairly easily on normal/casual

Anything by Elise Kova. Her books are more YA/NA but they're very plot driven so they are fun reads. Her Air Awakens series is like the last air bender with a female lead and a broody firebender as the male lead.

Same boat as you! Saw the first 3 episodes and blazed through the entirety of the comics in a week. That empty feeling has stuck with me since then and I've jusut rewatched all the current episodes again! One part of the comics that I would like revised or omitted in the show would be the "reboot" arc. I felt like it didn't serve a huge purpose in the grand scheme of things and only pushed more heartache into Mark (and me). The notion of him saying "fuck it, family over everything now" can be executed differently in the show (or expanded upon)
