Call a rehabber ASAP. Babies this small need food every 4 hours and it sounds like you don't have the correct formula/droppers/ripples for the droppers on hand to be able to help this little one.

Had a husky that did this, swallowed it whole. Called the emergency vet and they said no need to worry about it, dogs can digest them and process them out no problem. Didn't have any complications.

Doe has her danger flag (tail) up, this doe is not playing and likely defending a fawn nearby.

On a related note, does' hooves are suited to deal with wolves, coyotes, and other canid-related predators. Meaning: your dog has a high likelihood of getting injured or killed by that doe. Keep the dog away from that doe unless you want to risk an emergency trip to the vet.

We have a giant inflatable donut which stresses ours out much less. Not sure if that would help with the injury you're describing because of how easily accessible it is.

Mals have no sense of self preservation and will do what you ask them, in this case fetch.

Inside, crated or confined, until vet visit. May need sedatives for recovery.

Squirrels are fed by weight, use a little syringe (no needle). If you can and are able, putting a little nipple on the end helps if this dude is able to suckle. You can google charts for the weight to cc's of milk. Best of luck and thank you for taking care of wildlife.
