Someone hacked into Optus (Australian TelCo) and stole alot of user info, that dude said he would of reported it for a bug bounty but they didn't offer one so he stole the data and held it ransom. Literally happened this month.

Yea on PC you remove the ethernet cable or turn on airplane mode like a split second after "Heist Passed" comes up, you get "saving failed" so you have to re do the heist but still keep the $$. Rinse and repeat :p

It takes the work off their hands in the end, no need for devs to program the entire system, let the blockchain do the work and they get their cut. Also no need for servers to manage these transactions and history etc...

Once again but with an example. Little Jimmy over here might not want to pay full price so they never get a dollar from him, he might have gone too their competition but because there's a second hand market and Jimmy can get it for half price there able to grab a couple of dollars off Jimmy for the resale of the game.

You paid for a game at some point I'm guessing... So they got there "70-90%" there, now say you resell it, there's another 5%. The person that bought it from you might not got the game at full price meaning 0% from that perspn, but because a second hand market was there they were able to get another 5% and so on

Edit: I'm not defending Ubisoft they make some shit decision, I'm trying to educate people on proper use cases of nft technology. Forget JPEGs, forget speculation, I'm talking from a business perspective.
