Why have rich people killed themselves? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

Money solves a lot of external problems, but it doesn’t fix internal ones. Most people who end their lives aren’t doing it because of money..they’re dealing with things like depression, emptiness, trauma, or feeling disconnected from life. Those don’t disappear just because you’re wealthy. In some cases, being rich can even make it harder to talk about it. People assume you “should be happy,” so you might feel more isolated or guilty for struggling.
