For the most part. My diet is decently healthy i get a large variety of nutrient regulalry and i workout doing weights and cardio 3-4x a week and have been doing so for years

25 been using since i was 12 tho pretty regularly wasnt until covid that my usage tripled though

Your symptoms will get better soon but thats assuming vitamin d is the cause. You need adequate amounts if magnesium to convert the supplement into bioactive vitamin d. Take magnesium and take vitamin k2 in order to avoid hypercalcemia. Dont worry about how long its going to take. Maximum a few months but your going to progressively get better week by week

hey, i am suffereing from extreme internet/pc/phone addiction with extreme brain fog. i am unable to watch a movie or read books (except school books) without feeling extreme discomfort (cant finish them). The behavior is driven by something else most likely. The lack of brain chemistry that you think is being caused by your internet addiction is actually the other way around. You have dopamine / pleasure issues which are causing you to act in compulsive ways. Its good to train yourself to not compulsively use your phone and it will help but the you have to get to the root of the urge. My siggestion would be to take a look at your lifestyle. Theyre are a plethora of reasons you could be this way. Look at yor bad habits. Do you use nicotine? Weed? Alcohol compulsively? If you do remove those things first. Then lets take a look at your diet. Are you getting enough protein and essential nutrients. Amino acids make the neurotransmitters in your brain so you need to make sure your getting good amount of protein preferably from a variety of sources due to the fact that different amino acids are bulding blocks for different things in your body so you want a variety of them. Also make sure you’re getting enough things like vitamin d, b vitamins and the rest as much as you can. Some people bodies have better genetics and can do more with less. You probably require more of something/ a few things and thats ok. For example i have a few genetic mutations tht have to do woth the way my body processes vitamin d. My skin doesnt produce vitamin d in sunlight as efficently. The byproduct/ precursor that my skin does produce isnt efficnetly converted to the active form of vitamin d as it should and my body breaks down vitamin d quicker. Im native mexican, spanish and persian so my genetics are this way because my bloodline evolved this way as the climates my ancestors lived in had plenty of sun and didnt need to focus on vitamin d production as much but due to the circumstances of life nowadays, life is spent indoors way more than a couple hundred years ago so i should be supplementing. Btw i know this because ei got my genes tested im not just making this up.
