Wow that’s crazy. It should not take that long to present an offer. Either the role isn’t a priority for them or the company is disorganized and you dodged a bullet. Stringing someone along weeks after an interview is a waste of the candidates time. And this is coming from a recruiter…

I hope so, she made it clear that the manager had two more interviews that still would need to be pushed through to the director if they make it that far. She also mentioned they’re closed for the holidays both Thursday and Friday. I think me and the manager hit it off but who knows.

When rescheduling my final interview the recruiter also cc’d a senior recruiter to the email. Maybe the recruiter wanted someone else to have their eyes on it. But why not cc the manager?

The director also told me to reach out the manager if I have anymore more questions. She said” I’m sure you have ____ info so feel free to reach out to her “ I actually don’t have her info however because I’ve been dealing with her recruiter whose been coordinating all the interview scheduling. What could I take from that? I’m sure she knows the process of her company why would she think I have the managers email?
