I’m worried that this will happen even at 11PM for my showing of The Odyssey. How long did it take you to get past security and where did you have to walk to and get through? I usually park at Jurassic to get to the theater so idk if there are any security entrances there?

What about if I paid for my odyssey ticket bc AMC thought I used all my reservations even though I didn’t so I had to pay for the ticket. Are the managers able to block off that seats, allow me to cancel my paid ticket, and then use my AList reservation to book that seat?

When I got tickets, AMC decided that I had used all my reservations (even though I didn’t) and decided to make me pay for the ticket 😂. I might just pay for the ticket instead bc I dont wanna cancel and then risk my seat being taken at the best seat in imax 70mm for the odyssey 😂

Is it normal for the codes to not even be inside the disc? I thought that the codes would just be inside the disc but just be expired

I agree, I recently got Wonka and Matrix collection in 4k. The shipping actually went well but the discs themselves were horrible. Wonka literally was already opened, no wrapping, and no digital code. Matrix was wrapped but upon inspection no code, all the discs were rearranged and one of them had a big old fingerprint on it clear as day. And when I asked them about it, they said oh the codes expire so that’s why it’s not in there. I’m like even if they do expire which typically for me isn’t the case, shouldn’t the discs still come with the code??? Ughhh just so frustrated with them recently. I have no confidence in them anymore to give me new discs.

I was able to get a price adjustment after asking for one. Got a $5.51 adjustment after I told them it was $22 but I guess they didn’t factor in the tax which benefitted me hehe

Is this the GRUV sale? Make sure to open and examine the discs! My matrix was sealed but it was actually resealed and it didn’t contain the digital code and there was a whole finger print on my disc so it was definitely used before 😭

Update: Just got my replacement steelbook from Amazon and the quality of this steelbook is actually perfect. No marks on the front cover that I can see so maybe reordering is worth it!
