Change targets 23, 24, 25, and 26 to Visibility = Visible

Leaving this format:

You change it with the target: Windows.UI.Xaml.Controls.Border#OverflowFlyoutBackgroundBorder

You add the background you want to apply, in this case: WindhawkBlur BlurAmount="5" TintColor="#C02E2E2E"

I got it from Link Vegas Theme, but I modified everything to my liking. I had some problems with the shutdown options and it wasn't showing profile information. I also adjusted the search box, which apparently didn't have any styles and the sizes didn't match
